Didn't get a chance to update my blog last week! For the one reader out there - I apologize!
Looks like Dave & I are set to head to Costa Rica/ Nicaragua this winter - - - the warmth, the immersion in tropicalia, and ocean waves beckons us to duck out of (still lovely) Southeast Vermont this winter. Alas, I'll be back in mid-March to continue my 5o0hr Certification in Embodyoga (2 year commitment!!) and I'm sure I'll enthusiastically delve myself back into teaching & taking yoga classes~
Soooo... this last week of teaching:
Tues, Dec 15, 5:30-7:15pm, Bhava
Thu, Dec 17, 5:30-7:15pm, Bhava
Fri, Dec 18, 9-10:30am, Putney Friends Meeting House
I've also decided to really focus on pertinent themes for each class, so if you can make it for a invigorating work-out and deepening work-in, c'mon by!!!
Today's class, for instance in Putney, was "Reach Out & Take In" as related to the Heart and support through the arms. I think everyone felt it - I could see the expression in everyone's practice - so very lovely.
