All levels of experience are welcome, but please do let me know, in advance, if you have a physical condition you are working with and also, if you've had absolutely no yoga experience at all.
I am teaching an Embodyoga-inspired class, and if you have any questions about this, feel free to ask, or better yet, come and experience it for yourself!
